SRPH Computer Requirements for Distance Education

Please note the following points carefully:

We strongly recommend Windows based computers for all applications. There may be some troubles with MAC compatibility.
Please make sure your headsets are plugged in and the volume is adjusted to the correct levels as per your choice. Forgetting to turn the volume on has been a common reason in the past for why students are unable to hear sound.
Make sure you have all the correct versions of software, hardware, freeware and Internet services available.
