SRPH Computer Requirements for Distance Education

Please note the following points carefully:

• We strongly recommend Windows based computers for all applications. There may be some troubles with MAC compatibility.
• Please make sure your headsets are plugged in and the volume is adjusted to the correct levels as per your choice. Forgetting to turn the volume on has been a common reason in the past for why students are unable to hear sound.
• Make sure you have all the correct versions of software, hardware, freeware and Internet services available.
